Hi, I’m Jennifer—founder of Enduring Connections & Advocacy, and someone who deeply understands what it’s like to feel lost in the middle of life’s relational storms.
Before launching this work, I built a successful career in corporate America. But life had other plans. I’ve walked through trauma, grief, and the complexity of high-conflict co-parenting. I know what it’s like to feel unheard, stuck, and uncertain. I also know healing, growth, and thriving relationships are possible—because I’ve lived that transformation.
My personal journey led to a more fulfilling relationship and a passion for helping others find clarity, connection, and peace in their own lives.
As a Certified Relationship Coach through the Center for Thriving Relationships, I offer more than strategies—I offer real empathy, lived insight, and a safe, judgment-free space to explore growth. My coaching is about empowerment, not blame. It’s about finding your footing, shifting patterns, and building relationships that reflect your values.
As a Certified Domestic Relations Mediator, I help families navigate critical decisions around divorce, custody, parenting time, and child support in a supportive, confidential environment. Mediation puts you in control—so you can shape outcomes that reflect your family’s needs, without the stress and expense of litigation.
Now, as a Parenting Coordinator, I provide structure and support for families experiencing high-conflict co-parenting dynamics. This role blends coaching, mediation, and accountability to help parents follow agreements, communicate more effectively, and reduce stress for everyone—especially the children. My approach is child-centered, compassionate, and rooted in real-world experience.
Outside of Enduring Connections & Advocacy, I serve as a Divorce Coach & Legal Assistant at Hollingsworth Law Group and as a Relationship Coach with Emlovz, specializing in separation, divorce, custody, and co-parenting.
I’m also a mom to two incredible daughters. Giving back is core to who I am—I volunteer with Book Buddies of Bartholomew County and serve as a CASA (Court-Appointed Special Advocate), standing beside children who need a voice. These experiences continuously remind me of the power of connection, resilience, and showing up with purpose.
If you’re struggling in a relationship, navigating a family transition, or simply seeking a healthier way forward—I’m here to walk that path with you.
You don’t have to do it alone.
